1. Who we are and what this policy covers
AACT Booths, also known as All Around Chi-Town, operates allaroundchitown.com. This policy describes information handled through this website, its event and marketing inquiry forms, its lead-capture kiosk and its giveaway form, together with communications about those submissions.
It does not replace the privacy notices of separate booking, payment, social media or event-video platforms you may use. Those services may have their own data practices.
2. Information you provide
Depending on which form you use, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, event date, event type, venue city or ZIP code, selected package and other event details. The giveaway form also asks for an event address and estimated guest count. Marketing-service inquiries may include your business name, website or social profile.
We also receive the messages and information you choose to send by email, phone or text. Some forms include the submission time, page address or source label so we can understand and respond to the request.
Please do not submit card numbers, bank details, passwords, government identification numbers or other sensitive information through general inquiry forms.
3. Technical information and cookies
When you visit, our hosting, media and other service providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, access times and diagnostic information to deliver and protect their services.
Several pages use Google Analytics to understand visits, page activity and inquiry-form interactions. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers and may receive device, browser, approximate location, page and referral information. Its operation and data handling are described in Google’s information for sites that use its services and Google’s Privacy Policy.
Some pages also request fonts or media from external providers, including Google Fonts and ChatGPT-hosted media. Your browser connects to those providers to load the requested resources.
4. How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and confirm availability, pricing and event requirements.
- Discuss and administer requested bookings or marketing services.
- Send communications connected to your request or confirmed service.
- Administer giveaway entries and contact the winner, consistent with the notice on the giveaway form.
- Understand website use, improve the site and identify delivery problems or misuse.
- Maintain appropriate business records and meet applicable legal obligations.
A quote request or giveaway entry is not blanket consent to unrelated promotional texts or emails. Any separate marketing activity must follow its applicable notice, choices and consent requirements.
5. How information is shared
Website form submissions are sent through FormSubmit to allaroundchitown@gmail.com. FormSubmit processes the submitted information to deliver the request. See FormSubmit’s privacy notice.
Our service providers include website hosting and delivery services, email services, form processing and analytics. The current public website is served through Netlify, inquiry email is received through Gmail, and Google Analytics is used on several pages. Providers may handle information under their own policies as well as their service arrangements.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or a valid legal request, protect rights and safety, prevent misuse or carry out an action you request. We do not sell the contact information submitted through our website inquiry forms.
6. Email, phone and text choices
When you ask for a quote or information, we may reply using the phone number or email address you provide. Tell us if you prefer a particular contact method or no longer want follow-up about your inquiry.
To stop promotional messages, if you have separately chosen to receive them, use an unsubscribe option provided in the message or contact us at allaroundchitown@gmail.com. Service or transaction messages may still be needed for an active booking.
8. Using the shared event kiosk
The event kiosk asks for name, email and phone number. After a successful submission, its form fields are cleared before the confirmation screen is shown. The shared-computer confirmation resets after about 15 seconds, and an unfinished form clears after two minutes of inactivity. The phone version keeps its confirmation visible until you choose to start again.
Those screen resets do not delete the inquiry already sent through FormSubmit or received by email. If you leave a shared device before submitting, use the browser’s refresh control to clear the form, and avoid saving your information in browser autofill.
9. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, relevant bookings, ordinary business records and applicable legal obligations. Service providers may apply their own retention practices. A website confirmation or screen reset does not automatically delete provider or email records.
We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact us if you believe information has been sent or used improperly.
10. Access, correction and deletion requests
Contact us to ask about information you provided, correct inaccurate details, request deletion or raise a privacy concern. Please identify the email address or phone number used in your inquiry and describe the request. We may need reasonable information to verify your identity before acting.
Privacy rights and exceptions vary by location. We will consider requests under applicable law; some records may need to be kept for an active service, legal obligation or legitimate recordkeeping purpose. Do not send sensitive identity documents unless we explain why they are needed and how to provide them appropriately.
11. Children and event media
This website’s inquiry services are intended for people arranging events or business services, rather than children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13 through these forms. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and address it.
This policy does not grant permission to use someone’s event photo or video in advertising. Event recording, guest delivery and promotional permissions are handled separately. Contact us about media displayed on our website or a related privacy request.
12. Where information may be processed
We operate in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. Privacy protections and legal requirements may differ between locations.

We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The date above identifies the current version. If a change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it.
